While we are still selling directly to businesses, it's companies like yours that will help us grow much quicker.

Referral Agents are very simple middlemen in transactions. Do you have a client that would benefit from our technology? Great! Refer them to us by putting us in touch, and once the deal is finalized, you'll get 10% of the hardware sale! Whether you are a large warehouse distributor or a small business, we want you to benefit financially from selling our technology!
This is a great starting point for our partners for two main reasons. The first is to test out our technology in the market that you have available to you today. You can get feedback from your customers / clients and you can test out selling it yourself without having to bulk order a higher order quantity. The next is so that you don't have to have a large amount of upfront capital in order to make this work for you! We'll cover the costs of getting it setup and sent to the client you refer to us. Resellers/Integrators are the next step up from our Referral Partners. Want to integrate our technology into your product catalog? Have clients you're actively doing business with and want to combine their systems with ours? We will increase the percentage of brokering that deal for us. You would be doing business on our behalf. Our Distribution Partners typically have a large territory of clients to whom they sell multiple solutions. You'll be closing your own clients and holding your own CloudBox technology. You'll be ordering in larger quantities, but you'll also receive a higher discount on hardware costs! We are excited to discuss this further with you. Fill out the Partnership Form to get started!
We want to make this partnership as seamless as possible for both parties. We price our distribution products so that distributors make most of the profit from selling our hardware. We charge an additional subscription on top of the hardware, which is a pass-through charge billed by us after the hardware purchase. This allows us to create the customer’s account, manage their data, etc. The subscription is billed annually and is included in the purchase order (PO) signed by the customer.

We also provide a full video training course for our distribution partners. This includes sales strategies, hardware information, psychology, rebuttals, and more, ensuring that our partners know the ins and outs and are equipped to sell CloudBox confidently.
Once the hardware is sold, the customer will need to log into their CloudBox-issued account. We will send them a 'Create an Account' email that asks them to register their account. With each PO signed, there will be a PO key attached. When creating an account, they will need to use that PO key to set their email and password.
CloudBox manufactures our technology in-house, allowing us to control production speed and allocation. We aim to be as flexible as possible with our distributor partners, so it's up to you and your company to decide how you want to set up this channel. There is no minimum order quantity.

As with most products, the more units you order, the cheaper the price. This can be discussed further after our initial call.
We want CloudBox to be as lucrative for our partners as it is for us. We kept this in mind while developing the pricing sheet for our partners. Profit margins range from 20-40% of hardware sales, depending on the item and quantity ordered. Naturally, the more units ordered, the higher the profit margins.
Shipping is also pass-through. We charge partners for shipping, but they should also charge their customers accordingly.
We offer a 6-month product warranty. This is a pass-through warranty, meaning that if a customer returns a product to a distributor within that 6-month window, the distributor will need to issue a new CloudBox unit. Partners will need to send the defective product to us, and we will replace the unit. By purchasing a CloudBox through us or a partner, partners and customers automatically accept our terms of sale.
