Are there different sized CloudBoxes?
We currently have one model with a container size of 8”x8”10”. However, if you require a different size please fill out a contact us form above and we will be happy to work with you regarding making a specific size model for your use case!
How long is the turnaround time after placing an order?
About 6-8 Weeks. CloudBox will come straight from the manufacturer to our fulfillment center for one final quality control check before being shipped out to you!
How Accurate is the CloudBox?
The current CloudBox model is accurate to .1g with a max load capacity of 3Kg (6.6lbs).
Can CloudBox’s data integrate with a business’s pre-existing software
Yes! Our software is an open API which means you can integrate our software into your business’s pre-existing software. Alternatively, all of our data is exportable as a .CSV file for your convenience.
How many users can I have added to CloudBox’s software
You can have as many users as your business requires. Manage individual permissions for each group to tailor it to your business’s needs!
